This is in accordance with international law which states asylum seekers must seek asylum in the 1st county they enter that is not the one they are fleeing. International law also does not recognize economic hardship as a legitimate reason for asylum

So, the fed gov't is going to make their asylum claim determinations based upon the UN's guidelines for asylum seekers? Slick...using "their" own rules against the relentless flood of economic migrants who are specifically targeting our nation!
