I don't think the feminists get it. I agree that the sacrifices of women haven't been told, but without women I don't think we'd be where we are as a society. Men need women and vice versa. It has never been a one way street.

Captain Marvel has always been a third tier character, even when it was guy.

I've never heard any person say that Jean Grey would be better if she were a man, either.

I have, but they were mostly interested in the possible Cyclops, Phoenix, Wolverine gay love triangle*. Not in an actual Gene Grey character. *I used to hang out on some pretty weird corners of the internet.

Jean and the Scarlet Witch have always been two of Marvel's most powerful characters. Far more powerful than Danvers.

Comic fans want good characters and stories that make sense. Larson is unlikeable, the movie has gaping holes and Captain Marvel is overpowered. Love Jean Grey. But...I don't love Sophie Turner after she decided to bash GoT fans, so I don't think I'll support her new movie

Jean Gray doesn't need an Infinity stone to turn you to dust. Sorry, but Captain Marvel wouldn't stand a chance.
