Poso, great stuff. My literary agent says novels are trending down to 75,000-85,000 words bc publishers believe readers now have a shorter attention span. I don't believe that -- book readers are long-form consumers.

Won’t know until you try jack, I’m in the midst of a parenting book myself. I’ve never done anything like this ever, but who knows.

Keep it short. 70,000-80,000 is fine in the digital age.

I really like Sci Fi books. As a kid it was Fantasy but as get older, love Sci-Fi. Mostly cause you can go anywhere with it. Your not bound by many restrictions. When it comes to Movies, Tv Shows, or Books... Alot has to do with the story. Ace that and everything should follow
