When social media companies go IPO, they become a public forum. It is a direct violation of the 1st Amendment for anyone to be banned when peacefully assembling in a public forum. Anyone want to start a class action lawsuit? Where's the law firm for the MAGA hat kid? Need info.

I agree with you Jack. Now it's personal. I am a nobody on here but along the way Mike and myself would dm and I consider him a friend. He doesn't deserve this.

Twitter rules are in the eye of the beholder. Whoever is sitting behind the platform is the final decider. Appeal.

I’m not even a conservative but I even think a permanent ban on Office of Mike (whose tweets are funny and fairly benign) is beyond insane, deeply disturbing and grossly unfair. I very much hope he will be back on Twitter soon!

Conversely, I AM conservative, & Twitter is a company- not a public square, so- I believe they have their right to ban, hush anyone, even though I am aware Twitter is completely hypocritical, unfair, and downright foul.
