God bless my mom. She was Swedish but dad was 100% Polish. She learned how to make scrumptious Polish food. I miss them both so much.pic.twitter.com/OwzwpPXMts

How about pierogi ?
1.) I use ground beef (uncooked) bout a lb or more Egg I cup rice A tbs Worcestershire sauce Grated onion A tsp oregano Salt & pepper Mix it like a meatloaf I cook the whole cabbage after cutting around the core with a knife (don't cut completely out) Take off leaves & stuff !
Line the rolls in a Dutch oven with about 1/4 in of water in the pan. Bake for abt 45 minutes. Pour off the water. Then pour the tomato sauce all over the rolls. Salt/pepper & oregano if u like !!!! Put in for another few minutes to cook the sauce in a little. BAM ! DELICIOUS !
I was raised with it called Halupki.
We have a similar meal in Serbia called Sarma.
Zivio!
My grandma has fixed these for years and years. Called them cabbage rolls. I was eating Golabki all this time unaware!
Love stuffed cabbage. My mom made it on holidays. Made the holiday even better
