On that same note: if they could definitively find that Trump did obstruct we would say so, we can’t, so we won’t.

Sounds like he did exactly what we thought. He met with Russians under the belief that he would get 'dirt' on Hillary; that's working with a foreign entity to (try to) effect results of our election. And never reported concerns to the FBI, which would be in best interest of USA
