What does it matter. It's a sad sad loss of a 1000 years of history. I would be just as sad if it was St Sofia of the golden palace. It's a great loss no matter the faith.

Fortunately
#NotreDameMiracle - it isn't lost. The interior was mainly water damage. Ceilings and spire roof can be repaired. The#ChristsCrownofThorns#CrucifixionNail and#HolyCross, the altar,Eucharist,Tabernacle - all untouched#ThankGod

“Roman” as in the Roman Empire?

The Holy Roman Empire (HRE) was the final incarnation of the successors to the Roman Empire, and lasted much longer. One of the most successful empires of all time, the least taught about in the US, and they had the coolest armors.pic.twitter.com/O5Xm7xTpgq

Judeo Christian wasn’t a thing until 80 years ago. George Orwell first used it in 1939 It has no bearing on those who built ND. They weren’t that woke sorry. They apprenticed at an age when we won’t let our kids walk alone to school and died while we have mid life crisis.

Actually the Talmud was burned in Paris around the time of the construction of Notre Dame (the actual year was 1242).

Watch them turn it into a place "for all to worship" when they rebuild it.
