Shampooing every now and then is fine, but the problem is that most guys over-shampoo. When you do this, all of the sebum is stripped from your hair and your sebaceous gland gets overwhelmed

I did the “no poo” challenge once too. Turns out you don’t even need shampoo at all. The use of it, only furthers your need of shampoo
Though my hair was so oily for so long, I couldn’t stick it out anymore and just went back

Best advice I heard about my hair was the need to brush it. Work the scalp grease into your hair - it’s like a workout.
