Talk about snowflakes. He is actually up in arms because sci-fi (as always) confronts injustice. It’s part of the genre to push back against racist barriers. Like Star Trek in the 60s. I guess he doesn’t like that vision of the future.

Alita is a Fox movie and Disney will own Fox come April. James Cameron helped Disney build Avatar land at Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World. His next movie is the sequel to Avatar that will be released under the Disney banner. But you do you boo.

Watching a movie with the underlying themes that capitalism is horrible, upward mobility is an illusionary pipe dream used by the upper class to control the masses and transitioning to a new body as a way to realize your full potential seems like a weird way to own the libs.

Hi Jack. In the spirit of previous conservative boycotts, I suggest you actually go see Captain Marvel, buy as much CM merch as you can, and then take a video of yourself setting fire to the merch and your ticket stub. Please upload that video to Twitter. Thanks!

It’s interesting because both Alita and Brie are cgi characters. They gave Alita more personality though.
