Smaller longer mags have a lower profile and are easier to transport. If mobility is a factor a little smaller is better. Staying in one place making lots of noise makes for a big target.

Yea, a 30 clip mag rd jam 8 rd drum wear out after like 2 seconds.










They cant be reloaded either.

Depends on quality and/or condition of the magazine i.e reg metal mags the military issued garbage but magpul mags issued to some pretty good

Work on your mag exchanges and cycling your weapon... more practical and would help in the case of jam, work your reloads and become proficient at it.
