Yeah I remember when it was a sign of maturity to temper ones own reaction. A sign of self control. Now we're told to temper our language lest we offend another into an immature reaction. Sucks they see blackface but that ain't nobody's problem but their own.

We live in a time where one person's stupid idea can get amplified and made seem to be a common thought. 99% of people are rational, social media just gives a platform to people who in the past would be written off as outrageous. (this is still a crazy interpretation of the pic)
-
i agree, but i don't think the known outrageous are only one percent. They're more like three percent!
[3%].

Wow! My Dad and husband were coal miners back in the day. That black stuff... it gets in your pores! Imagine trying to keep a white shirt collar clean—nearly impossible! They have lost their minds!

Whoever wrote that article is living proof that facts don’t matter anymore. It’s proof that leftists propaganda being taught at our colleges takes precedence over the truth. It’s proof that people are easily brainwashed and common sense now takes a backseat to idealism.

It is possible for people to look at the same cloud and see something different. It doesn’t mean one is right or wrong. Let others see what they will and don’t let another’s offense change or limit your own views, that’s just communist.
-
Let me be clear, looking at things out of context is not seeing things differently but pushing an agenda. Context matters.
