Nah. I just went all in. Sucked for the first few days, now I have the hang of it and love it. I weirdly missed sugar more than the carbs. I don’t eat sweets, but I reallllly love those Starbucks energy drinks. I craved those so hard the first week.

Aside from obviously losing weight though, I feel like my skin also looks better. I am really really into it. Haha
