Catholics get confirmed in Seventh or Eigth grade not High School so this is clearly just made up.

Many Catholic Churches wait until the age of 16.

Every parent should pull their kids out of the school, not just the confirmation ceremony. Hit them where it hurts: Their pocketbooks.

Hope and pray another Bishop steps in to Confirm them. Awful if they miss this Sacrament.

That’s what I was thinking. They shouldn’t have to miss out on Confirmation. They should instead request another Bishop to perform it.

I would caution parents against this action. The sacrament of confirmation installs upon children the 7 seals of the holy spirit. It is the culmination of their baptism. That is a matter of their eternal soul and the holy trinity, not any single bishop. I will pray for all.

Then they can go somwhere else, this church has no interest in protecting its flock as such they shouldnt have that responsibility

This tells so much of Bishop Foys. What is he really about? The Lord and truth or is he just a fake?

Why does the
#CatholicChurch hierarchy seem more intent on pleasing godless liberals than serving its flock with justice and dignity?#CovingtonCatholicThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
