Been full carnivore since Feb 2018. Almost all red meat, often raw. Paired with the best raw (aka unpasteurized, unhomogenized) milk/cheese/butter. Lactose intolerance eliminated. Never looked or felt better in my life. High protein, high fat, low/zero carb.

The only diet proven to prevent & REVERSE heart disease is a Whole Food Plant Based diet (in addition to other Western diet related diseases). Keto is probably ok short term (there certainly seem to be benefits) what about mortality rates on long term Keto?
-
But you're not supposed to be on it long term. Once you reach a healthy weight, the goal is to incorporate healthy alternatives and SOME carbs back into your diet, thereby maintaining your healthy weight.
