They should call an UN security meeting, approve multi national peace keepers on the borders and apply no fly zone, then move the units out. Keep Turkey at the bay. I can not see another way, do you?

"must" I don't recall the US signing up for Kurdistan to be a permanent protectorate of the US. At some point, the Kurds have to make their peace and accomodation with the countries they live in. I wish they had their own state. But none of the regional states would accept that.
