Make a BIG pot of Turkey soup with tons of vegetables...after a long cold walk I have a bowl or two...another at dinner along with fish or chicken...no red meat or dairy for 2 months now..down 28lbs already...workout a hour a day..lifting n walking

Good for you! That’s awesome! I’ve always said that most “breakfast food” is unhealthy. Eat “dinner foods” instead as there are more options.
