We used to buy low-fat, non-fat, low-sugar, zero sugar, 2%, 1%, etc etc etc... Our boys seemed sicker, allergies & asthma, we all gained weight. Started eating the way our grandparents ate: Eat what you can grow & raise We’re much healthier

Ok man now I don’t think you understand how the body uses the calories we consume. I’ve been doing this for 3 years straight and I’m able to pack on muscle and keep my body fat percentage low.
