If you eat right you won’t lose muscle mass only density. Been on Keto since 2016. Only lost strength because I stopped working out. My midsection went down two sizes and stays this way until the next carb heavy diet.

I am losing weight on a high carb diet - it is called the Consistant Carbohydrate Diet- and I love it! The carbs are limited by measuring and only whole wheat.
