I’m no attorney, but it would seem such a damaging statement as that by the judge would be grounds to dismiss the case altogether.

The media was wrong and they knew it. They ran with a false and fake story once again. The judge never ever said that it was treason. He said: Could it be treason, testing the prosecution thereby. The Mueller team never said it was a charge of treason.

The judge got the prosecutor to admit in court. There is no treason grounds. Duress is lifted off of Flynn now. He will with draw!
#JudgeEmmetSullivan was very smart. It’s why he asked Flynn several times to withdraw plea. To prove duress existed! -
