Did You Know:
Judge Emmet Sullivan is presiding over @GenFlynn's case
Judge Sullivan also presided over the 2008 trial of U.S. Senator Ted Stevens, who was convicted of seven felony ethics violations in October.

And then Senator Stevens is killed in a plane crash in 2010. And they wonder why they call us conspiracy theorists! If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. There is no such thing as coincidence. The deep state is evil, pure and simple.

Interesting to note that Judge Sullivan was acting on the April 1 recommendation of newly appointed AG Eric Holder who stated that DOJ would move to dismiss the Stevens indictment in the interest of Justice.

Holder had nowhere to go. Best to lay his cards on the table and back away or lose all. Also his DOJ was caught ruining a political opponent. Later they'd all resort to the more quiet laid back tactics of spying and hacking.
