This is true. I’ve reduced my sugar intake the last few months and already see results. I will be completely cutting myself off in 2019. The hardest part will be giving it up in my morning cup of coffee.

Except that when you decide to go keto, there will be negative side effects: 1) You will go through "keto flu" and feeling like crap 2) The lack of fiber in your diet is terrible for your gut health and causes constipation 3)the initial weight loss is mostly water

Not in my case. I've lost over 120lbs partly thanks to Keto with: 1) Little to no "keto flu" symptoms 2) Enough plant fibers so no constipation 3) Over 120lbs down so far. Fat just keeps falling off. I don't have much more.

I’ve lost 17lbs in 6 weeks with true increased exercise in only the last 2 weeks. It works. I miss my sweets, but it WORKS.
