He didn't side with anyone. He interpreted the law as it is written. This is what good judges do, and they leave the political agenda out of it.

It’s unfortunate but I have to trust that he looked at it and in his legal mind felt it was not appropriate to address the matter. I personally would like to see them defunded but I’m not a Supreme Court justice

Today’s decision seems questionable, but we can only hope he has a strong constitutionally based reason, and not caving to appease.

#RoeVsWade......As long as we have this decision from the Supreme Court in 1973, we will probably have decisions from#TheCourt such as this one today.
