If he's been formally charged yes, if he hasn't there's nothing to pardon, no crimes have been committed, PUBLISHING isn't a crime, he should, however, be freed immediately so he can try to return to a normal life outside captivity w/out interference from governments

How does Manning belong in jail but not Assange? Wikileaks literally published Manning's leaks.

Of course they will. If Assange is found guilty then a precedent is created that will allow for charges to be brought against the MSM leakers

Assange is a foreign national. He conspired with an adversary to systemically and selectively release classified and unclassified information. This has nothing to do with freedom of the press.

Nope. Assange stopped being a journalist when he started strategically leaking at certain times in order to have a direct effect on a sovereign democracy. Up until that became known I was on his side. He was desperate for money. He got it. From Russia.

Assange is going to prison for espionage and for accessory after the fact. But not before ratting out your boy. Your boy committed Treason. Manning was a duped tool.
-
Espionage you say? Which server did Assange himself raid, and which government that he was employed by, did he exclusively furnish the documents/video to?
