The replacement of Sessions with someone who has spoken against Mueller, is the obstruction...see how that works.

No it's not. He can say what ever he wants. Mueller has nothing. No collusion. He will wrap it up soon.

So you admit it's a firing and not a resignation. Thanks for playing.

If I had my choice of dictators I would prefer Vladimir over Trump. Vlad speaks in full sentences and is more transparent in his evil-doing. Trump chops up and dissolves journo body parts via Kushner & the Saudis. Vlad poisons his enemies. Poison is much more elegant.

You forgot: The Attorney General serves at the pleasure of the President. He can be fired for any reason or no reason at all. Even if he's in the middle of a so-called "investigation"--which he isn't (recused)-- into phony Russian "collusion" allegations against the President.

Dear naive dingleberry, But putting someone in his position who repeatedly said on tv how he would strangle the subpoena/funding powers of the special counsel wouldn’t be obstruction? Thanx 4 playing & please make your vacay permanent....

It’s obstruction of justice BECAUSE Sessions had recused himself from the investigation & wouldn’t intervene to protect him, so he fired him. Then replaced him w/someone who would. Your reasoning is flawed.

Is there any situation in which Trump could appoint someone who wouldn't be forced to either fire Meuller or recuse themself?
