After watching the video, him touching her is not evident enough to be a good reason. His entire behaviour is the reason. If everyone in that room behaved the way Jim does, it would be mayhem and no one would let anyone else speak. That is reason enough. Unprofessional conduct.

The people stating the video was “doctored,” obviously didn’t watch the event live. It was shocking, and I was surprised Acosta wasn’t immediately escorted out by security. The staffer is a real person, maybe somebody should ask her if she felt like she was assaulted?

You could see it when he started moving away from the podium.

He was quite restrained. Possibly considered going down and taking Mic away himself.

He got what he deserved. Let's move on...Jimmy can throw a tantrum but we shouldn't continue to give him the negative attention he demands.

@Acosta uses his wrist, pushes the intern away by putting his wrist down in the bend of her arm, she isn’t expecting this and turns around... he would be arrested if this were anyone else.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
