Hiding from jurisdiction is not the same as subject to jurisdiction. If illegals were subject to jurisdiction they would not be in the country, as our jurisprudence requires legal entry.

Yeah, I guess they have the right to bear arms as soon as they cross the border also. We should issue them all firearms prior to deportation and pay for it with monopoly money. That is the level of logic being applied by proponents of this policy.

Can they be summoned for Jury duty? If not, they aren’t subject to the full jurisdiction.
