Elizabeth Warren’s test fails to meet the standard required for claiming Native American tribal ancestry Funny how the media reports forgot to mention this partpic.twitter.com/v3KwFKmzoe

She claimed to be native american to get hired by Harvard who was under great pressure at the time due to a lack of diversity at the Law School. So she concocted a story about her great grandmother being native american and checked the box. 1/512 is a joke.

@RealJamesWoods The actual facts are that a non commercial tester, Carlos Bustamante, deduced that Warren was between 1/32 to 1/512 Colombian, Peruvian, or Mexican. The dearth of Native American DNA prompted the “examiner” to use these national markers based on migration theory

It is not possible to use Native American reference sequences from inside the United States... The 1000 Genomes reference samples come from Sub -Saharan Africa, Finnish, Tuscan Italian, and Spanish individuals (for Europe), and northern Chinese individuals for East Asia

They claim the tester did not know whose dna. They knew they desired outcome 100%. They state 95% european and a small % of mutt. But they expand on the indian dna with ridiculous wording to make it sound much greater than it is.

Warren DNA test is a farce. The pool is too small that they compared to. They say 95% european. But give no % for indian dna. They say only 6 - 10 generations back. This would amount to between 1.56% and .0975%. The average European American carries 1%. Nothing there!
