Same. I’m not personally comfortable putting a permanent mark on my body that I could later regret. It’s also something employers frown on and I’d prefer climbing the latter rather than using mutilative artwork to express myself.

There are new studies that show employers now consider ink the norm and those w/o are viewed less favorably.

Not mine either. I served in Navy for 7 years, including two WestPac (Vietnam) deployments. No ink. My son has a lot, but it’s all his design.

I met this guy in S. Korea that had this really cool tattoo of an octopus all along the side of his body and parts of it draped over his back and legs. I worked with him and he was a really cool guy. And he had tons of personality.

Then there were a couple of other dudes I knew when I was in the Navy. Oh these guys were a trip and they were totally into tattoos but really the coolest and really genuine guys. They had tons of personality. There names were Greg and Dave. Can't believe I remember that.
