Their whole premise for charging him with lying is that he claimed he hadn't started working for Trump yet when he met Mifsud - which is true - but that he had already learned he WOULD be working for Trump when Mifsud reached out. So, how did Mifsud know?

POP. WAS NOT MENTIONED ONE TIME IN 3 INTEL. ASSESMENTS OR IN THE DOSSIER! IF HE WAS THE ONE THAT STARTED IT, WHY WAS HE NOT INCLUDED?

Another hole: PapaD’s prevarication inhibited the FBI’s questioning of Mifsud, which let him get away. But the footnote says that after much teeth-pulling, PapaD admitted the professor said the Russians have thousands of Clinton emails. Nothing in the plea papers goes beyond this

The feds tried to get PapaD to admit Mifsud also said the Russians planned to release the dirt if the Trump campaign cooperated. But nothing in the pleadings suggests PapaD agreed with this proposition. The feds don’t accuse PapaD of holding anything else back apart from timing.
