Trump thinks he’s a good person and feels that Manafort is collateral political damage. Both of these statements can be true or false. It can also be true that manafort broke the law. It can also be true that the DOJ is partisan when deciding who to prosecute.

Mueller had opportunity to Prosecute Manafort 2005, he declined. The only reason they went after him is because he worked for Trump, therfore I don't see your concern for a Pardon! Get real
