First, they are not cages', they are holding cells', until the Illegals' can be processed, then the children are placed in Foster Care, as is done with Americans' who have committed crimes'. Second, the Travel Ban was for active Terriorist Countries. I think it was responsible.

If an ICE Agent has broken the law, he or she will be prosecuted, I assure you. Children are not placed in Adult Holding Cells', it is dangerous. Once they are processed, they are supposed to be transferred to Child Protective Services' & placed in Foster Care. Not condoning!
