Jack I cut sugar out of my diet 15 years ago or more... I'm old. Single best thing I ever did. Low-carb, ketogenic diet is the proper diet for humans.

I cut out all sugar, grains, legumes, dairy and vegetable oil...ate the Paleo way of eating...and lost 100 pounds in a year! I have not drank soda for 3 years now! Best thing I ever did!

I've been following it. My husband joined me 3 months ago on whole30 (still going being 30 days obvi), and he lost 35 pounds and feels amazing. No more joint pain or sleep apnea. Me 18 lbs, sleeping at night. It was the sugar! It's everywhere!

Yes this is absolutely true. Obviously health is individually crafted - but sugar is a fierce source of inflammation in modern diet
