I cut out 70% of my sugar. Drink more water. Have lost an inch from my waist in a month. No special change in diet either.

My daughter is type 1 diabetic and I can tell you everything you eat or drink has sugar of some type in it. Total carbs is all sugars. That's what we have to look at.

Really tough to eat without sugars. Fruit is a real bummer...are all sugars equal? We know now all fats are not...

I stopped drinking all soda in 1999. I can't drink it now. I'll feel sick and bloated and nauseous. I have zero desire to drink it now. Started to save money, but now have zero interest in it. Life is better with out it. People don't know how good life can be free of it.

I cut out added sugar and all sodas (including diet) on July 1st. I will still eat carbs like rice and pasta, and I have lost 16 pounds in only a month. Best part is that I just feel better. There are many videos out there about this, but check out Dr. Robert Lustig videos.
