Honest doctors will tell you that ppl should realize that when the government starts paying for healthcare, the government has the right, and WILL say, "no" to some medical procedures, including some life-prolonging treatments.

That ends when you want the Gov to mandate healthcare be gov enforced law. The mandate to buy it may have lifted but it left the unlimited power of gov to get involved at all levels. Grubered again.

The ruling of Roe vs Wade was based on the 9th Amendment which guarantees privacy. When Brett Kavanaugh was asked about Roe vs Wade during his DC Fed Appeals Court hearing, he said it was a “binding” ruling based on the Constitution. Dems are melting down over a non-issue.
