My school has approx 1400 kids, not including the nearly 100 faculty and staff. At 50% capacity, there will be over 700 people in the building. At 33% capacity, there will be over 500 people in the building.

What's bananas is that the hybrid model of in-person and remote does not even solve the child care crisis for full time working parents, particularly those who, like teachers, will not be working from home!
