Incredible news. Under ’s leadership, the number of Americans in prison has fallen to its lowest point in nearly 25 years - a 17% drop from 2007. The share of black prisoners has also fallen by 22.6 percent, more than double!

I grew up in a neighborhood where there were a lot of young boys just like me who were smart and had talent, but they were forced to go to failing schools. So many of them could be in my position if they had only been given the right opportunity through education.
