You need to connect to your phone in debugging mode (e.g. via USB), and use the adb command to get a shell on it (https://developer.android.com/studio/command-line/adb.html …)

Got a "Failure [not installed for 0]". Also not entry in the settings on my OnePlus 3 with Android 7.1.1. Maybe just OP 2?
