Reax on the latest public campaign finance deal to be included in the budget, which would create a commission to look at how the state would do public campaign finance.

Lots of organizations and people who helped support candidates running against IDCers and aided in getting a Democratic Senate are against the idea of a public campaign finance commission. Wonder how this plays out for the Senate’s more progressive members

Commission does nothing. Might as well create a banner to hang up once a year in the Capitol to make legislators feel good.
