Those numbers sound bad, but if you went through them one by one (as they’ll do in court) I strongly doubt many of them will rise above “well that was awkward.” That’s the problem the defendants now face - it’s not one instance that has to be harassment/assault, it’s all of them
You are making two dangerous assumptions: 1) the victims are being truthful and 2) what they were victims of rises to sexual harassment (or assault, if you’re Ron). You assume their truth without Vic having had a chance to face his accusers. Why do you feel that’s fair and just?

I’d say his refraining from Twitter is a plus, not a minus. And the only things he was allowed to answer in the investigation were the jellybean incident, an event he denied, and a consensual kiss. Is that fireable? If not, he was fired for something he didn’t get to respond to.
