Yah. This seems much more a factor in deciding whether one should use twitter than it is a factor in determining whether twitter should be regulated by a centralized power. God I suck at writing. I hope that makes sense.

I read somewhere that the programmers wrote an algorithm and machine learning so complex that they themselves are unaware of how it could produce the outcomes
