      I'm about to start my online job applicant test of "math and logic, verbal ability, and spatial reasoning" which is totally not an IQ test because that would be illegal. Wish me luck!

      I’m not sure that IQ tests are illegal. SCOTUS ruled on specific set of circumstances. Companies can still test on a variety of job-related skills

      There’s a joke somewhere here about cops, but yeah, the criteria is whether the test is directly applicable for the job or just a way of getting a certain type of candidate
