Amazing job at twisting all that up and then calling it Trumpian. The point was getting more people healthcare is a moral good. That’s not exactly controversial. It’s pretty universally accepted that just letting people go without treatment is immoral.

No. It’s not. You’re making assertions. You’re stealing bases. This is not serious moral or ethical thinking. It’s you asserting your political preferences as an ethical issue. In short, it’s moralizing

I don't really accept your characterization of the effects of the ACA. Its effects are complicated, but it worked pretty well in urban and suburban areas and struggled in rural areas bc rural HC is REALLY hard, particularly as those areas are stagnating for other reasons.
