It’s not like I’m calling people up and shaming them for voting against the ACA. I’m merely saying it would make more sense to care about millions of human lives.

The ACA as a package improved health care coverage and costs, and it was a pretty lame version of what it could be. That's a good indicator that we should go further with it, not move towards a system that doesn't work anywhere in the world, or the one that didn't work here.
