I’m not mad at u. I’m just saying it doesn’t make any ethical sense to me to have personal financial priorities that would withhold healthcare from millions.
It is and again, it’s kind of that way on purpose. I’m not yet convinced that the government can do housing in a way that isn’t a mess. Also, historically affordable housing hasn’t been new housing. Maybe we should accept that

If we massively expand density, single zoned houses prices will generally rise and other denser structure prices will generally fall. Maybe old apt dwellers will move into new apts, and then insecurely housed move into old apartments. Dunno.

Still, lower avg prices means more affordable housing and prob a more diverse housing stock.
