Because this is my lot in life, I must repeat that Medicare for All would cut taxes for the vast majority of workers Why? Because it would replace insurance premiums (a private poll tax where the secretary pays the same as the executive) by taxes based on ability to pay
So why not just say, in plain English: we want to abolish private health insurance and replace your premiums with a payroll tax that would fund a single-payer government administered program? And let the voters decide from there if that’s what they want?
