Pick ANY state. I’ll compare the per student higher ed funding from 1980 and compare it to today, adjusted for inflation. I’ll do the homework. Which state and what year would you like?

We can keep looking at the whole, we should just look for a longer time period. State funding has come down marginally (depending on the years you pick) but that’s obviously not what’s driving the long-term rise in tuitionpic.twitter.com/GZyEoZiOjp
