Why is it that women seem, on average, better equipped to live in a diverse society, and how can we change the socialization of boys to increase their fitness for diverse, multicultural society?
By what measure? For instance, men are more likely to date and marry outside of their race/ethnic group. Also, it seems to be women that go viral for the BBQ Becky moments. Women do a lot of the work of enforcing ethnic/racial norms

Well I admit I’m looking partly at voting behavior, but it seems that women are less sensitive to appeals to bigotry. And just anecdotally, my experience has been of women being more open to cultural change, men being more closed. But I don’t necessarily have data.
