I get it. But sometimes simply confronting people with their ridiculous behavior is enough to make a light go off in their heads. And it’s ultimately way more satisfying to correct someone than to be on social media feeling powerless about it

I’m black and 44. I’ve been doing it a long time. This is just a lesson that I’ve learned. Something changes when you confront people with their behavior directly.

I feel you. You shouldn’t have to step to everyone who does wrong My only point is people have developed an aversion to dealing with conflict directly and instead take their beefs to social media. I get why. But there’s merit in old-fashioned man-to-man communication
