The chill wedding is not a farce, but since it’s your (the proverbial your) wedding it will be as chill as you are and probably no less Also, your motivation has to be deeper then some surface desire to have a ‘quirky/not basic” wedding
Also, there is a good corollary to politics/policy here. Like a wedding, the world you want has to be built. It’s work. You can’t get there merely by not being he things you don’t like
