I'm reminded of the Title IX stuff where folks were suggesting that getting kicked out of a college wasn't a bit deal. Except it so obviously was going to lead to being blacklisted because nobody wants someone found guilty of sexual assault attending their school.

Anyway, I am seeing leftwards respond positively to this. Which, maybe they're right (I'm kind of conflicted here). But I'm not sure they've thought it through.
